Six beds, and the attention that comes with them.

With only six beds, care can stay personal and responsive. Staff have the opportunity to know each client beyond the chart, understand where they are in their stay, what they are working toward, and when they may need additional support. That same intentionality extends beyond the house itself. Set above the valley in Idyllwild, Mental Health Residential offers space from the noise and demands of everyday life, creating an environment where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and focus more fully on the work in front of them.

Time under the pines

Time outdoors is woven into the daily rhythm here, not saved for an occasional break from the program. Walking, movement, and quiet time beneath the pines create opportunities to slow down, notice what is present, and practice feeling grounded outside the therapy room.

  • How many other women will be there?

At most, five other clients. Mental Health Residential has six beds, although the actual number of women in the program changes as clients admit and discharge.
