What a benefit check is, and is not
Submitting the insurance verification form starts a check of what your plan may cover. It is free, and it puts you under no obligation.
What it is not is a guarantee. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, and only your insurer can confirm what it will pay. Anything we tell you after a benefit check is our best reading of what your plan indicates, and your insurer has the final say.
Submitting the form does not reserve a bed and does not admit you to the program.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, and we correct things when we find them wrong. Program details, staffing and availability change, so anything here may be out of date by the time you read it. Call and ask if a detail matters to your decision.
