What to expect when you contact Mental Health Residential.
-
Step 1
A real person answers
When you call, you speak with a real person, not an automated system. We will listen, answer your initial questions, and help you understand what comes next.
-
Step 2
We verify your insurance benefits
We check your benefits at no cost and explain what your plan may cover, so you have a clearer picture of the financial side before moving forward.
-
Step 3
We learn what you need
Once the financial options are clear, we take time to understand what has been happening, what you have already tried, and what you need from treatment.
-
Step 4
We help you find the right next step
After learning what you need, we will talk through the options with you. If Mental Health Residential is the right fit, we will guide you through the admission process. If another type of care would better meet your needs, we will help you identify an appropriate direction so you are not left figuring it out alone.
When residential mental health treatment may help
- Weekly therapy has helped, but one hour a week is no longer enough support.
- Holding everything together is taking most of your energy, leaving little room to actually get better.
- You need structure, support, and people nearby while you work through what is happening.
- Your mental health is beginning to affect your relationships, work, sleep, or ability to manage daily life.
You do not have to wait until everything falls apart to receive more support.
Before you call
-
Is residential treatment the right level of care for me?
Residential treatment can provide a step up when outpatient therapy is no longer enough, or a step down after inpatient hospitalization or another higher level of care when returning directly home would leave too large a gap. Mental Health Residential provides 24/7 support in a structured, live-in setting for women who no longer need hospital-level care but would benefit from continued clinical support before returning to everyday life. Our admissions team will learn what you need and help determine whether Mental Health Residential is the appropriate next step.
-
Can I come from out of state?
Yes. Mental Health Residential welcomes women from across the country. Our admissions team will explain what to expect, help you prepare for arrival, and guide you through the process before you travel.
-
What if I am still deciding?
You do not need to make a decision before calling. Our admissions team can answer your questions, explain the program, review your insurance benefits, and help you determine whether Mental Health Residential fits what you need. There is no obligation to move forward.
We see you as whole. We give you the tools to carry your journey forward.
